What Wedding Table Numbers Are For
One number (or short label) per table. Guests arrive, check their table on a Find Your Seat poster or escort card, then look for that number on the table.

Match the chart
If the seating chart has 12 tables, print numbers 1–12 (or your named set) so nothing is missing or duplicated.
