Avery sheets have fixed perforation positions. The data you include determines what prints in each zone of the card — name, table, meal, and fold line.
Columns that matter most for Avery® printing
Guest Name and Table are the two columns that map to the front face of an Avery tent card. Meal and Seat fit in a second text layer if your design includes them.

One guest per row = one Avery card
The exporter maps each row to a single perforation zone on the Avery sheet. Extra guests on the same row will not print correctly.
Keep the Name column clean
Avoid titles like 'Mr./Mrs.' unless they are part of the design. Long names can overflow the card boundary on Avery 5302 (3.5" wide).
Add a Table column if using Avery as escort cards
Avery tent cards double as escort cards when you include Table. This lets guests find their seat without a separate list.
Avoid merged cells and blank header rows
Avery alignment depends on exact row counts. Merged cells or blank rows above the header confuse the importer and shift card positions.
